Digital Iris Studio Cancellation Policy
At Digital Iris Studio, we are committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a fair schedule for all clients and team members.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation After Rescheduling
If an appointment has been rescheduled one or more times and is later canceled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
Failure to appear for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full service amount.
We understand emergencies can happen. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
By scheduling an appointment with Digital Iris Studio, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

SMS Messaging Terms
Digital Iris Studio is a mobile-based vehicle detailing service with an in-person shop dedicated to preserving vehicle value and enhancing exterior finishes for customers throughout the region.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe request via SMS. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us.
If you wish to subscribe again, simply sign up as you did previously.
